However, you may use the content provided as part of your own creative work, product, or service, subject to the restrictions outlined in the Usage Restrictions and Requirements section.

THE SERVICE

The Service provided by Well Styled Essentials includes access to members-only areas on our website, where you can download thousands of images, graphics, templates, and other digital resources designed to support your online presence and marketing.

The Service can be accessed on both mobile and desktop devices. The only requirement for using the Service is a stable internet connection to download the resources.

Some of the materials provided are templates designed for use with Canva. To use these templates, you will need a Canva account, which is not included with your purchase.

Our goal is to provide high-quality and relevant resources to assist you in your marketing efforts. However, the effectiveness of these resources depends on how they are used, and we do not guarantee the success of your marketing efforts.

While we strive to keep the Service available through December 31, 2026, there may be occasions when it is interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs, or due to failures beyond our control. We will take reasonable steps to minimize such disruption.

2026 CLOSING AND VAULT ACCESS

Well Styled Essentials is closing at the end of 2026.

• Vault purchases are a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Vault sales close December 11, 2026.
• Member access to the website ends December 31, 2026. After that date, the members area, downloads, and account pages will no longer be available.
• Files you download before December 31, 2026 remain licensed to you under these Terms for use in your own business, with no end date, subject to the Usage Restrictions and Requirements below.
• Canva templates must be copied into your own Canva account before December 31, 2026 to keep them.

It is your responsibility to download and save everything you want to keep before access ends.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (“AI”) DISCLAIMER

Some content on the Well Styled Essentials website and in its resources may incorporate the use of AI technologies. This includes, but is not limited to, images, graphics, templates, text, and other materials created or enhanced using AI tools. All content has been carefully curated, edited, and quality-controlled to meet the standards of Well Styled Essentials.

Our Commitment to Quality:

• AI technology is used as a tool to support content creation, so resources are innovative, efficient, and aligned with the needs of our customers.
• All final materials reflect thoughtful curation, editing, and creative oversight unique to Well Styled Essentials.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are as shown on our website at the time of purchase. Vault purchases are one-time payments; there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments. Your payment information is securely handled by these providers and is never stored on our servers. Registration and account details are managed through MemberPress. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee if you are located outside the United States; we are not responsible for this fee.

Taxes, if applicable, will be added to the price as required by law.

By purchasing, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not purchase.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service without notice, except that member access to purchased vaults will continue through December 31, 2026 as described above.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

You may close your account at any time. Because vault purchases are one-time payments, there are no billing cycles or renewals to cancel.

We may terminate your access at any time without notice if you fail, or we reasonably suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term of these Terms of Service. Causes for termination, suspension, or limitation of access may include, but are not limited to:

• Any violation of these Terms or any other incorporated agreement, regulation, or guideline
• Unexpected technical or security issues
• Nonpayment of any fees owed

If your access is terminated for violating these Terms, your license to use the Content ends and you must discontinue its use. The scheduled end of member access on December 31, 2026 does not end your license to use files you downloaded.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Please make sure you understand what you are purchasing before completing your order.

SERVICES AND LICENSE GRANT

Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content you purchase for personal and commercial purposes in your own business, including use in your social media, emails, classes, and other marketing, subject to the Usage Restrictions and Requirements below. This license continues after member access ends on December 31, 2026 for files you downloaded.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.

Your purchase grants a license to use the Content as described in these Terms and does not transfer ownership of any copyright.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Service. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel orders placed per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address provided at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Service.

OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools (such as Canva, GetOiling, or FloDesk) over which we have no control.
